Terms & Refund Policy
Terms version 1.0 · Refund Policy version 1.1
Refund Policy — All sales are final
All sales are final. ALIS does not issue voluntary refunds — for example for a change of mind, an emotional purchase, forgetting a purchase, no longer wishing to wait, or wanting a different release date or premium tier after confirmation. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law (such as a duplicate payment, a proven payment-processing error, a proven unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, a court order, a chargeback resolution required by a payment provider, non-waivable consumer-protection rights, or ALIS being unable to provide the purchased service) or by a governing contract.
Before every purchase you must confirm: “I understand that this purchase is final and is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the governing contract.” Your acknowledgement is recorded with the order.
Not valid reasons for a refund
- Changing your mind, or an emotional or impulse purchase
- No longer wanting the product, or forgetting the purchase
- No longer wishing to wait for a future release date
- Wanting a different release date or premium tier after confirmation
- Misunderstanding the product after agreeing to these terms
- Wishing to cancel after a service has already begun
Refunds required by law or contract
ALIS will provide a refund where it is legally or contractually required, including: a duplicate payment; a proven payment-processing error; a proven unauthorized or fraudulent transaction; a court order; a chargeback resolution required by a payment provider; non-waivable consumer-protection rights; or ALIS being unable to provide the purchased service. For premium contracts with a custom agreement, the signed contract governs cancellation and refund rights.
To raise a refund request, contact ALIS support on Telegram ↗ with your order reference. Every request is recorded and reviewed; nothing is refunded silently.
Discretionary goodwill
The Founder, or an authorized ALIS representative, always retains the discretionary right to approve a goodwill refund, partial refund, account credit, or alternative resolution in exceptional circumstances. This discretionary authority does not create any customer entitlement and must not be interpreted as a general refund policy.
Payments
Payments are made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network and are irreversible on-chain. Send only USDT on TRON (TRC20), the exact amount shown. ALIS is non-custodial: funds go directly to the seller's wallet.
